About Julie
Julie Jones is a Dallas-based business protocol and etiquette expert, sought-after public speaker, corporate trainer, and educator. She is certified by the Protocol School of Washington®, a nationally accredited institution. Julie is a 15-year veteran in the field of education as well as an entrepreneur, building a plumbing company from the ground floor to selling it in 2021.
Throughout her years in education and business, she realized the crucial need for developing soft skills, which are not the primary focus of our educational system. She believes that in today’s competitive world, success requires more than education and determination; it necessitates understanding the importance of developing strong personal and professional relationships.

Driven by this realization, Julie became a certified corporate etiquette and international protocol consultant through the Protocol School of Washington®. Today, she works with professionals of all ages on maintaining a positive business image and building relationships, assists university students and student-athletes in transitioning from college to the workplace, and teaches leadership development to high school students. Her corporate clients include major corporations such as American Airlines, HPE, JW Marriott, Frost Bank, Legacy Bank of Texas (now Prosperity Bank), BB&T (now Truist Bank), Grant Thornton, and LIDS, as well as universities like SMU, Tulane University, Texas Tech, and Stephen F. Austin State University.
Julie is passionate about helping business professionals reach their full potential. Julie holds a bachelor's degree in marketing and a master's degree in educational administration. With her unique perspective on developing and maintaining relationships in the workplace, she continues her passion for teaching and coaching professionals daily, working with both the young and not-so-young, and emphasizing the importance of respect, truthfulness, likability, social graces, integrity, and trust in achieving success.
